Nogi BJJ
Nogi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a grappling art practiced without the traditional uniform. Instead, practitioners wear athletic attire such as shorts, T-shirts or rashguards. Nogi grappling is often more dynamic and fast paced that the more tradition gi style of jiujitsu.
Gi BJJ
Gi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a grappling art practiced in the traditional uniform (gi) similar to that of judo or other martial arts. Gi jiu-jitsu focuses on using grips and leverage to control and submit opponents.
Wrestling
An excellent complimentary art to BJJ Wrestling is a grappling art with a focus on takedowns and pinning.
Kids BJJ
Our kids BJJ program is both gi and nogi bjj classes specifically designed to help kids not only build grappling skills, but essential life skills such as cooperation, confidence and problem solving as well.
